Our accountants are qualified, but they don’t do tax returns and they don’t give tax advice, that’s not their job, and we don’t want to get bogged down in the compliance and admin work that comes with it. Their job is using their knowledge and qualifications to map out the next 10 to 15 years: what you can actually support, what structure makes sense, what the path to your number looks like. We work alongside your own accountant and your own broker if you already have ones you trust, or we bring you in with brokers we already work with.
From there, the property research team takes over, over 100 years of combined experience, led by a property economist and a senior research analyst, with staff who’ve spent decades as buyers agents in the field. They’re not guessing at suburbs. They’re working from data, and from a plan that was built before any of them got involved.

John spent over a decade in property investment, first as a financial planner, then as a mortgage broker, before founding Bull Invest.
Along the way he noticed the same thing kept happening: the accountant, the person with the clearest view of someone’s actual financial position, was always the last to know. Property strategies were being built without the one person qualified to build them properly.
So John brought the accountant to the front of the process and built The Bulls around it, a coordinated team of accountants, brokers and property researchers, working in the order he believed it always should have: strategy first, property second.
