Throughout his career, Julian has worked with financial services organisations, credit providers and investment businesses to navigate complex regulatory environments, strengthen governance frameworks and support sustainable commercial growth.

His expertise spans Australian Financial Services Licences (AFSL), Australian Credit Licences (ACL), responsible management, regulatory remediation, dispute resolution and consumer protection. Julian has also been accepted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as an independent compliance expert in connection with enforceable undertakings, reflecting his depth of regulatory knowledge and experience.

As Head of Governance & Risk at Bull Invest, Julian oversees the company’s governance, compliance and risk management strategy. He plays a central role in ensuring the business operates with integrity, transparency and accountability as it continues to expand its relationships with mortgage brokers, professional partners and clients.

Julian combines regulatory expertise with a practical understanding of commercial operations, recognising that effective governance should not only protect a business but also support its long-term growth.
